BARZAGOSO,VIURA WHITE WINE, FERMENTED IN
THE BARREL
Grape Varieties:
Made with 100% Viura selected from our oldest vineyards and harvested
in the third week of September, this white wine fermented in
barrels combines fruity, light tannin and fine wood characteristics.
Production:
Must from the middle of the barrel was cleaned in conditions
of static cold, after which the clean must fermented for 24 days
in new American oak barrels in which it remained 3 months longer
with the sediments for malolactic fermentation, thus perfectly
combining the wine with the wood.
Organoleptic Characteristics:
Appearance: A golden yellow wine.
Bouquet: Elegant flower bouquet with hints of milk and wood.
Taste: Subtle and smooth in the mouth with a light background
of wood tannins.
Serve between 8 and 10ºC.
