BARZAGOSO,VIURA WHITE WINE, FERMENTED IN THE BARREL

Grape Varieties:
Made with 100% Viura selected from our oldest vineyards and harvested in the third week of September, this white wine fermented in barrels combines fruity, light tannin and fine wood characteristics.

Production:
Must from the middle of the barrel was cleaned in conditions of static cold, after which the clean must fermented for 24 days in new American oak barrels in which it remained 3 months longer with the sediments for malolactic fermentation, thus perfectly combining the wine with the wood.

Organoleptic Characteristics:
Appearance: A golden yellow wine.
Bouquet: Elegant flower bouquet with hints of milk and wood.
Taste: Subtle and smooth in the mouth with a light background of wood tannins.

Serve between 8 and 10ºC.



 

 

Grape Varieties:
Made with the careful selection and blending of our best Tempranillo (70%), Mazuelo (15%) and Garnacha (15%).

Production:
Aged for 9 months in the vat, 12 months in American oak barrels and then refined for a further 7 months in the bottle.

Organoleptic Characteristics:
Appearance: The wine´s intense cherry red colour is remarkable.
Bouquet: Finely harmonised and elegant fruit and wood aromas.
Taste: Tasty, rounded and wide in the mouth with long persistence and structure.

Serve between 17 and 19ºC.
