ARADÓN 2nd YEAR RED WINE

Grape Varieties:
50% Tempranillo, 50% Garnacha, harvested in the third week of September.

Production:
Produced using the traditional Rioja method. The grapes are stripped from the stem and the must is macerated with the skins for 12 days. The best vats of our harvest's Tempranillo and Garnacha grapes are blended and left in the vat for a year, during which time its magnificent bouquet develops.

Organoleptic Characteristics:
Appearance: Intense ruby red colour, clean and bright.
Bouquet: Aromas of ripe grapes and the wine cellar's noble atmosphere.
Taste: Smooth and rounded in the mouth, wide and long, the result of its slow development in vats.

Serve between 15 and 18ºC.

White Wine
Made with Viura grapes harvested in the second week of September when the balance between ripeness and acidity was optimum. The musts obtained were cleaned in cold and fermented at a controlled temperature of 18ºC during 14 days.

The result is a light, balanced wine of straw yellow colour, clean and bright, highly fruity on the palate and with a persistent fresh fruit bouquet.

Rosé Wine
Made with Garnacha grapes with the traditional method after a 24 hour maceration of the skins, obtaining currant coloured musts which, when fermented at 18ºC, keep all this grape variety's aromas.

A consistent, well structured wine with salmon reflections on a strawberry background. Smooth at first, long and fully flavoured in the mouth, with an intense, aromatic finish.

Red Wine
Made using the traditional Rioja method, cleaning the stems and macerating musts with the skins at a controlled temperature which allows the extraction of all the fruit aromas and an intense colour which shows the wine's youthfulness.

Intense red purple colour, smooth, full bodied, balanced in the mouth, with hints of ripe fruit in the nose. Fully harmonic.
